Handled by Ragab Fahmi, it was very pleasant service and hospitality love the breakfast, the food, juice selection and it was my first time to see real honey comb in the restaurant. room hotel also nice, very close to Nabawi, and lot of store nearby

The food was delicious and there were many variants. I did like the juices and the omelette. It was fresh orange juice. Also the croissant was very tasty. There were cheese and chocolate and other choices. Ragab Fahmi was the manager. He was very nice and friendly.

was attended by Ragab Fahmi. he was very attentive and the breakfast choices were good. there's a variety of menu. the fruits was good as well, fresh and sweet. and the view of the restaurant is Masjid Nabawi, very beautiful. Very recommended.

Good Hotel

In the beginning it was hard to find hotel parking, the Policeman didnt allowed to enter hotel premises without hotel parking card, wasted 2 hours roaming around the hotel to find the parking, finally had to violate the entrace rules to get into the hotel. The hotel is in a prime location, close to Haram and Shops. No Free Parking, i have to pay 50 SAR for one day that is weird when you are staying in 5 star hotel and you expect some free services as well. I booked a quad room with 4 Beds and the room was still spacious and all ameneties were provided including coffee and tea makers. Microwave Oven was also in the room which was very helpful for your food. Room was clean and Bathroom was bit small. Breakfast was not included in my rate so i have no idea how it was. For Ladies the gates are bit far from the hotel. Gates for Men are close and easy to approach. Thanks GOD i stayed only 2 nights and didnt get time to explore much of it.

The best experience in a luxury hotel so far

We stayed in an executive room. It had 2 bedrooms, one dining area and 2 bathrooms. All amenities were provided, including an espresso machine. There was TV and fridge in each room. We were on a pilgrimage. So we didn't stay there full time. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Very helpful staff
